L-Arginine is a conditional amino acid. It is the precursor of nitric oxide, which is what makes it a common ingredient of complex pre-workout formulas.

Intructions for use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets daily. On training days, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before your training.
